| Amazon Replacement Policy For Mobiles |
Amazon has changed return and replacement policy on mobiles after purchasing 7th February.
Amazon has announced that it will end its return policy for mobile phones. Amazon says all the mobile phone bought on or after February 7 will no longer be eligible for a return and full refund.
The new policy is applicable to all mobile devices fulfilled by Amazon. As per the new policy, only defective or damaged mobile phones will be eligible for replacement. Amazon says the replacement will be applicable only for 10 days from the date of delivery of the mobile phone.
So going forward we can claim refund for only defective or damaged mobiles only.
